Operating my own landscaping business has been a long time dream. When my wife and I married 25 years ago, we bought our first piece of equipment.

Over the years I found myself in a variety of positions, but I always came back to landscaping. 8 years ago, I founded McCoy’s Landscaping, providing lawn and landscaping services. We have grown the business from 30 customers to over 150 different accounts today. 2008 BMW K-Series GT

This is my beautiful K1200GT, color is DARK GRAPHITE two tone. The mileage is 9497, it may vary slightly because I still ride it occasionally. THIS BIKE IS STILL COVERED UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY. The bike is 152 HP and is very powerful and very easy to ride, it has every available option except for an alarm system. Some options include; XENON LIGHT, ESA, HEATED GRIPS, HEATED SEAT, CRUSE CONTROL AND ON BOARD COMPUTER. The Garmin navigation system is not included with the bike but if you wish you can buy it and I will leave it installed on the bike along with the com system. The Garmin is also a SATALLITE RADIO and it is blue tooth equiped so you can talk on your phone while riding. There is a very slight scratch on the left saddle bag caused by the same reason that every other motorcycle in the world that has saddle bags on it is scratched……..I hit it with my foot getting on and off of the bike. There is also a scratch on the right fairing just below the throttle that I have tried to show in the pictures, this was caused because I hit it with a tie down strap in my trailer when I was taking the bike in for service………..otherwise the bike is perfect. It has had all of the recomended services done at my authorized BMW dealer and all of the records and paperwork go with the bike. It also has a BRAND NEW set of dual compound tires. The puddles under the bike in the pictures are water….I just washed the bike. I have a very low reserve on the bike. I can deliver the bike to your doorstep in an enclosed motorcycle trailer for an additional fee. If you have any questions or need any further information please ask me. 1998 Acura Integra LS Coupe, 1.8L 4 Cylinder Engine, 5 speed transmission. What a nice Acura! This is a California Car.

It has Low Miles, Only 92,666 Original Miles.

Equipped with power windows, pdl, cc, a/c, sunroof, and a very nice aftermarket Alpine in dash CD Player.

The exterior is a glossy silver finish. Looks good for its age. There is a scuff mark next to the passenger side door(see picture).

The interior looks good for its age. A little wear on the edge of the driver’s seat.

This Acura runs great, the tires look fine, and the clutch feels strong.

We have a full service mechanic shop. All of our cars go through a complete pre-inspection process. We check the engine, drivetrain, brakes, tires, and top off all of the fluids.

Testing the Blogging Functionality of ClassiPress

Just checking out how the blog posting works. Not immediately seeing the “Set Thumbnail” feature talked about on the ClassiPress installation page. What I do see is the “Featured Image” box where they say the Thumbnail box should be.

I’m also trying to figure out where I saw the instructions on setting up the Featured Ads. For the life of me I don’t remember where I read that, and I’m having challenges getting that going. This is likely going to be the entire business model for this site for a while considering I’m probably better off just giving away the classified ads for a while in order to build up traffic and as well as advertisers.

I’ll figure it out. Hopefully!
